There are many definitions of intelligence given by different psychologists.
Intelligence is not only related to your school performance.
Intelligence is a broad concept that includes creativity, problem solving, retention and application of knowledge that you have learned. Intelligence is also about understanding something, making sense of things and understanding complex things.
Here are some situations when intelligence is at play-
- Learning the rules of a game pretty quickly.
- Solving an out-of-the-classroom problem
- Learning the ride a cycle quickly
- Creative arts.
If someone is great at these things, even if they are not very good at academics, they’re considered intelligent.
