Humans make mistakes

Ever since Apoorv got the superpower to never make mistakes, he had become a legitimate superhero in the city. People were gathering around his house in large numbers just to see him and appreciate his perfection. He was getting calls and appointments from various news channels, guest shows, and various other popular networks. Just within a week, Apoorv had gained huge celebrity status.

Apporv did not always have this superpower. He got this miraculous power of never making a mistake when one day he got completely hopeless as he used to make so many wrong moves that he was getting continuously troubled. In that disappointment, he had cried loudly in his room. Hearing his painful cry, the fairies from the fairyland had got worried about him. The Queen Fairy had no choice but to come and help Apoorv. When she came and touched Apoorv, she understood the problem he had and had granted him the magic saying, “Don’t you cry my child, from now on you will make no mistakes, I assure you.”

A week after that incident Apoorv’s life changed completely. He started waking up on time without even using an alarm. He never missed being humble and honest to others and could accurately manage his emotions and thoughts. He never lost his concentration and was excellent in social skills, and so everyone liked him. Apoorv literally secured hundred percent marks in all of his papers. Apoorv was, what one considers the most perfect human. His was so perfect that he had crossed the boundaries of human capabilities and hence became a superhero figure in front of others.

Initially, Apoorv truly enjoyed this new power. Never making mistakes took him away from the worries and bothers that he had in his life. Also, since he had become a superhero-like figure, he was enjoying the fame and appreciation that he was getting. But this joy faded away pretty rapidly. Apoorv was just a child, and always getting surrounded by people wherever he went slowly started having a mental toll on him. Due to his powers, even if he had no mood of waking up early or even going to school, he was forced to do so. Perfection came with tight scheduling that Apoorv could never change, he had to do everything on point and at the correct time.

It took no time for Apoorv to get annoyed by his situation. He wanted this power to never do something wrong, but after getting the power he realized that we humans generally do a lot of things wrong. It is our tendency to make mistakes and this is what makes us human. Learning this, he wanted his previous life back. Suddenly, the Queen Fairy appeared in front of him and said, “Since now you have learned your lesson, I will give you your life back.” Apoorv was back to being a normal child, who made mistakes and accepted them to evolve as a human. 

What we learned

Humans make mistakes, and it is a fact that cannot be changed. What we can do is try and learn from those mistakes to get better in our lives.
